About Don

I'm Don Zurbrick. I'm EVP of the Tampa Bay Region at TeamLogic IT, and I've spent 30 years in IT.
The technology keeps changing. What hasn't changed is that most small businesses don't have someone whose whole job is IT. The owner or the office manager ends up making the calls, usually in between everything else. This briefing is for that person.
Quick facts
- EVP, Tampa Bay Region, TeamLogic IT
- 30 years in IT
- Active member and sponsor of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay
Why a daily briefing
I'd rather give you one useful thing each morning than a long report once a year. Small, regular fixes are how most businesses stay out of trouble: an update installed this week, MFA turned on for the payroll account, a backup that someone actually tested.
What I won't do
- Use scare tactics. If a headline doesn't affect a business your size, I'll tell you to skip it.
- Make up numbers. Any statistic comes with a link to where it came from.
- Write about anyone's business without permission. There are no client stories here.

Need help now?
If something is wrong today, like a suspicious email someone already clicked, a locked-out account or files that won't open, don't wait for tomorrow's briefing. Book a 1:1 time with Don, or call.
